The release of OpenBSD 4.6 is unfortunately postponed to Nov 1 due to serious CD production problems. Theo de Raadt announced the delay on openbsd-misc today.
The developers intended to bring out the release on Oct 1 because the tree was frozen earlier than normal. They are sorry about the dalay and stick to the traditional release date Nov 1 in the future.
